With a "Design partner" subscription, you get 60 hours of design work per month from our senior designer. After a kickoff call to discuss your goals, you submit requests through our project management tool, prioritising your most important items. We work on tasks one at a time, track the hours spent, and provide updates every two business days.

If you run out of hours, you can purchase additional time or wait until your subscription renews.

At 17Seven, we keep things easy and work together with you. It all starts with a kickoff call to figure out what you want (your goals) and what inspires you. You just give us your thoughts and we take care of the rest.

We'll keep you in the loop every two days with messages or loom videos, and we're always here to chat if you need us.

Receiving feedback from our customers is something we greatly appreciate. You have the option to provide feedback through a Loom video, Figma comments, or a direct message. Our preferred methods are either a Loom video or Figma comments, but any combination of the three options will work just fine!

Nope, there is no limit to the number of requests or project goals you can have. Our team will work on them one at a time until they are completed and approved. We suggest that ‘Design Partner’ customers keep a few design requests on their TODO list to keep our team occupied.

Certainly! Feel free to schedule an introductory call to go over potential projects at your convenience. Every project commences with a kickoff call. We provide strategy calls when necessary, but we believe in allowing designers to concentrate on their tasks.

Depending on the subject, you may only interact with the project manager or head of design.

Good question! To begin with, the annual cost of a full-time senior level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits, infrastructure, retention & hiring cost. (Besides, good luck finding one).

Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilise.

Our talented designers can design everything from a website, branding, landing page to a web app. Here's the list of things we can create for you — Webite, SaaS app, branding, wireframes, pitch-deck design, design system, mobile app design, prototype design, dashboard, stationary, ebook etc.

Our designers will not design motion graphics, InDesign documents, print designs, 3d or complex illustrations. We don't design sexually explicit, politically charged or controversial material.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. You need to provide a written notice at least 21 days before your next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.

In case you provide the cancellation notice within the 21 days of time, the cancellation will take effect next month and your account will be renewed for the coming month.
