One of the major objective of redesigning the Elan website was to increase brand perception as a premium and high quality brand and sales through their online presence.

Other than the objective was to educate and guide customers to make the best purchase suitable for him/her, build more trust and reliability on the brand, show our USP & Value proposition and make it easy to purchase for the users.

The Solution

When Elan came to us, they wanted to promote their products with the help of a strong online presence. We took the challenge and revamped the UX strategy and brand personality of the site. This helped them build a strong online presence and accelerated their sales over time.

This is our branding & web design case study for an e-commerce startup.

Brand Visual Identity

Elan is a brand made for personal lifestyle needs. Their e-commerce site had a range of products in vivid categories such as Office, Travel, etc.

The goal from a design perspective was to build a responsive E-commerce website that's SEO friendly, quick and easy to use and seamless to navigate and also to create a premium brand presence and strong recall value among their customers.

UX Audit and Research

Considering the time constraints we decided to take a Sprint approach to build upon the UX Strategy for this project. The navigation of the website has to be simple and clearly intuitive, at the same time it has to follow Hick’s law of UX. After analysing the current e-commerce website and understanding our user’s behaviour patterns we implemented the ACID methodology to define the best user journey for our audience.
